Priory Mechanical Services was part of H.F Higgs established in 1880. Now a family run company, we continue to provide high quality Design, Installation and Maintenance in all aspects of Building Services. Through high quality work and excellent partnerships we have built long term relationships with many of our clients.

We pride ourselves on the development and execution of projects and possess a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of Building Services, assisting our clients with feasibility, costs plans, and on many occasions have been involved with projects from conception to completion.

Our new modern purpose built offices are five minutes from the M25, which allows us to cover the Home Counties and Central London.

Many of our staff have served with Priory from apprentice level and now hold senior positions
