This is a purpose built 5,300 Square Metre fully air conditioned office block to be occupied by the Home Office. We were part of the bidding team to secure the contract with early inputs
into design solutions and cost certainty. Once successful we developed a detailed design based on strict employer requirements The design was developed in order to ensure that the building achieved a ‘Very Good’ rating under BREAMS. Due to the restricted programme we developed innovative installation methods using prefabricated insulated pipework modules. The mechanical services were all controlled and monitored by a Trend Building Management System. We achieved practical completion on time and within budget. |
